Job summary

Monil is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our presence in the US Southeast. This fully remote role combines field visits to ranches with remote outreach, phone outreach, and demo days to move opportunities forward.

You’ll meet cattle producers across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama, conduct on-farm demos, nurture relationships, and work with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding and continued expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture, cattle, grazing, or livestock operations.
• Comfortable visiting ranches and talking with producers in person.
• Hands-on sales experience or related education in sales/agriculture.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to explain technical solutions in practical terms.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with cattle producers and ranchers across Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama.
• Conduct on-farm demonstrations and guide producers through the buying process.
• Prospect new opportunities via phone outreach, follow-ups, and inbound interest.
• Support producer meetings, demo days and industry trade shows.
• Work with the Farmer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding.
• Maintain relationships post-sale and identify expansion opportunities.
• Share field feedback to improve product fit and messaging.
