BigIron is hiring a full-time Equipment Sales Representative to support customers in the agriculture industry by selling BigIron’s online auction services. You will manage an assigned local territory and work directly with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and ag businesses from a home-based office.

In this role you will develop relationships, generate new business, and guide customers through the auction process from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, territory management, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within territory and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, ranchers, landowners, equipment dealers, and local ag businesses.
• Prospect for new business through in-person visits, referrals, networking, and phone outreach.
• Meet with customers on farms, at shops, and throughout territory.
• Evaluate equipment and discuss auction timing, pricing strategy, and selling options.
• Secure consignment agreements for upcoming auctions.
• Coordinate with internal marketing, listing, and operations teams to prepare equipment for sale.
• Support customers throughout the auction process and provide ongoing service after the sale.
• Manage and grow revenue within territory.
