Job summary

Swyfft is seeking a highly motivated sales hunter to rapidly grow our agent base across the United States. This 100% remote role invites you to identify new relationships, sign up agents, and manage ongoing partnerships with energy and perseverance.

You’ll present Swyfft’s platform to agents, educate them at events, and stay ahead of market trends to shape sales strategies. 3+ years in MGA/carrier/agency sales, knowledge of homeowners, commercial, and flood policies are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in an MGA, carrier, or agency environment.
• Knowledge of Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood policies and programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• High School Diploma or its equivalent (GED) is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and hunt down new agent relationships to rapidly grow our agent base.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to agents by showcasing Swyfft’s world-class user experience and the products we offer.
• Promote Swyfft’s platform through the education of agents at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
• Partner with our sales and marketing team members to improve our agency platform experience.
