Job summary

Swyfft, LLC is seeking a highly motivated sales hunter to rapidly grow our agent base in a 100% remote US-based role (states listed in job ad). You’ll identify new relationships, tailor pitches to each prospect, and drive growth across homeowners, commercial, and flood policies.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in MGA/carrier/agency sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong written/verbal communication. Access to MS Office, MS Teams, Slack, HubSpot will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in an MGA, carrier, or agency environment.
• Knowledge of Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood policies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; HS/GED acceptable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and hunt new agent relationships to grow the agent base.
• Understand prospective agents' customer base and marketing strategy.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to agents showcasing Swyfft’s UX and products.
• Promote Swyfft’s platform at trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to improve the agency platform experience.
