Job summary

Swyfft, LLC is seeking a highly motivated hunter on our Sales team to rapidly grow our agent base. You will identify, sign up, and manage relationships with independent agents across homeowners, commercial, and flood lines, in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

This 100% remote U.S.-based role can be based in one of the allowed states; some travel for meetings and training is expected, and you will work with HubSpot, MS Office, and collaboration tools to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in MGA, carrier, or agency environments.
• Knowledge of Homeowners, Commercial, and Flood policies and programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; HS diploma or GED acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and hunt down new agent relationships to rapidly grow our agent base.
• Present and explain how Swyfft fits with agents' customers and strategy.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to agents showcasing Swyfft’s user experience and products.
• Promote Swyfft’s platform through education of agents at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
• Partner with sales and marketing to improve our agency platform experience.
