Pentair plc is seeking an Aftermarket Regional Sales Manager to cover our pump product lines and promote aftermarket parts and service through channel partners and direct to end users. This fully remote role requires ownership of territory across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years parts/service in pumping equipment.
• Proven track record of identifying and winning strategic sales opportunities.
• Excellent technical and business presentation skills to engineers and facility operators.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce), and equipment selection software such as Encompass.

Responsibilities

• Directly identify, qualify, manage, and win new business opportunities for aftermarket parts and service.
• Manage aftermarket parts and service sales development in coordination with sales channel and internal teams.
• Capture market share by developing business partnership plans with channel partners and end users.
• Influence lifecycle cost decisions by conducting Lunch & Learns with engineers and maintenance teams.
• Promote preventive and predictive capabilities to extend equipment life and solve pumping problems.
• Increase sales funnel and win-rate by actively using a CRM tool (Salesforce).
• Manage authorized service center program and coordination of end user pumping solutions.
• Travel to distributors, customers, events, and tradeshows up to 60%.
