Pentair is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the East region of the United States. You will guide a dispersed team of Territory Sales Managers, drive revenue growth, and shape market expansion while collaborating with distributors, engineers, and end users.

The role emphasizes accountability, consultative selling, and strategic planning to meet regional objectives and expand our market presence in the HVAC, fire, and plumbing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience.
• 3+ years of leading remote or dispersed sales teams.
• Track record of profitable growth through new business development and market expansion.
• Experience influencing specifications or Basis of Design decisions in complex sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Territory Sales Managers across the East region.
• Conduct regular reviews, pipeline inspections, and provide guidance to achieve regional sales objectives.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Drive demand creation with distributors, engineers, consultants, and end users.
• Expand market share and develop strategic growth initiatives.
• Build relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Lead territory planning and forecasting discussions.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service to support growth.
