Pentair plc is seeking a Regional Marketing Lead to drive regional demand, pipeline growth, and revenue in the Southeast from Charlotte, NC. The role partners with sales to execute localized campaigns across dealers, distributors, and retailers, and travels up to 40% for regional activities.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in field and regional marketing, ABM, events, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience with field/regional marketing and demand gen focus.
• Ability to travel up to 40% and partner with sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Experience in multi-channel programs including events, ABM, and local demand gen.
• Strong analytical use of VOC insights, market intel and sales data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned to territory goals and growth priorities.
• Translate national campaigns into localized programs for dealers, distributors and retailers.
• Plan regional events, trade shows, and customer experiences with budgets and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, and Product Marketing for regional relevance.
• Monitor market trends and performance, provide recommendations to optimize ROI.
