Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience with emphasis on field/regional marketing, demand generation, or channel marketing.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.
• Must reside within the Northeastern United States.
• Experience developing localized marketing strategies that drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue.
• Proven experience partnering with sales teams to develop territory-based marketing plans.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with regional sales leadership to align marketing with territory goals and growth priorities.
• Develop and execute regional go-to-market and omni-channel plans translating national campaigns locally.
• Monitor regional trends and competitive activity to improve engagement and performance.
• Lead planning and execution of regional events, trade shows, dealer events, and customer experiences.
• Develop account-targeted events with sales to generate pipeline and opportunities.
• Manage event logistics, budgets, communications, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content, Digital, and Product Marketing to tailor regional messaging and assets.
• Deploy regional merchandising and marketing collateral to strengthen distributor and dealer activation.
• Deliver regional education and training programs, including Pentair University initiatives.
• Develop and execute account-based marketing programs for priority dealers and segments.
• Support loyalty, rebate, dealer incentive, and co-op programs to boost engagement and share of wallet.
• Plan integrated demand generation across events, digital channels, dealer activities, and local partnerships.
