Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of direct psychiatric/substance abuse experience.
• Current unrestricted license such as LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LMHC in applicable state(s) is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to initial client contacts and requests for services.
• Provide telephone and/or on-site support for crisis intervention, assessment and referral.
• Manage Critical Incident Stress Debriefing requests.
• Assist members in accessing behavioral healthcare benefits under their plan.
• Manage shared mailbox for client and external vendor communications.
