The role emphasizes platform knowledge (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN), collaboration with the team, and managing multiple programs with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze and present data informing client strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven, nurturing and managing key partner relationships for client and agency success.
• Expertise with major affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple programs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and improve ROI.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing to discussions and presenting program performance.
• Maintain deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across accounts.
