829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks an Affiliate Specialist to drive program execution, partner recruitment, and performance optimization across major networks. You will manage day-to-day activities, ensure tracking accuracy, and coordinate with strategy teams to align client goals with partner campaigns.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, clear client communication, and deep platform knowledge of Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience in an agency environment.
• Proven success in implementing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and inform client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and ROI improvements.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing to strategy discussions and presenting program performance.
• Maintain deep platform knowledge of Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN for best-in-class management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution across client accounts.
