Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on program execution, platform health, and managing complex partner ecosystems to drive performance.

You will support affiliate strategists with day-to-day management, recruitment, data attribution, and ROI optimization across networks like Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven success building performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong data analysis and client strategy communication.
• Excellent relationship management with partners and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with major affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage partner relationships and optimization.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and ROI opportunities.
• Present program performance and future initiatives to clients.
• Maintain platform health across networks (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN).
• Collaborate with strategists and managers for seamless execution.
