829 Studios, a Boston-based digital marketing agency, seeks an Affiliate Specialist to manage program execution, recruit partners, and optimize performance across networks. You will own the setup, daily management, and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring tracking accuracy and offer availability, while communicating progress to clients and guiding future initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze and present data that informs client strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, adding expertise to discussions, building strategy, and conducting presentations on program performance and future initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless operational execution across client accounts.
