829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, seeks an Affiliate Specialist to manage and optimize complex partner ecosystems and drive program ROI.

You will own setup, daily management, and optimization across networks like Impact, Rakuten, CJ, and AWIN, while coordinating with affiliate strategists and client teams on performance initiatives and strategy presentations.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze and present data that informs client strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven, focusing on nurturing and managing key partner relationships to ensure partnership success for both clients and the agency.
• Expertise with major affiliate marketing platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client programs and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, adding your expertise to discussions, building strategy, and conducting presentations on program performance and future initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless operational execution across client accounts.
