Job summary

829 Studios is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to drive program execution, recruit and manage partners, and analyze performance data to improve ROI. You will liaise with clients and partner with strategists to optimize campaigns across major networks like Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in affiliate marketing, strong communication, and proven ability to scale programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience in an agency environment.
• Proven success implementing/performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills to present data for client strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; explain technical concepts.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurture key partner relationships.
• Expertise with major affiliate networks like Impact, Rakuten, CJ.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship management.
• Analyze performance data and provide data-backed ROI recommendations.
• Serve as secondary client contact, present program performance and future initiatives.
• Maintain deep understanding of networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN).
• Collaborate with Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution.
