Qualificações

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data to inform client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-focused, nurturing key partner relationships for client and agency success.
• Expertise with major affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ.

Responsabilidades

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs with accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationships, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze performance data, report program health, and make data-driven ROI recommendations.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing strategy and presenting performance initiatives.
• Maintain deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution across accounts.
