Job summary

829 Studios, a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency, is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to drive program execution and partner performance. You will manage setup, tracking, and optimization while recruiting and nurturing key partners, balancing strategic insights with data-driven decisions.

You’ll work with platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN, collaborating with strategy and client teams to maximize ROI and program health across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven track record of driving revenue through performance-based programs.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage partner relationships and recruitment.
• Familiarity with major affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship management.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and ROI improvements.
• Serve as the secondary client contact, presenting performance and initiatives.
• Maintain deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms to ensure best-in-class management.
• Collaborate with Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution.
