Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical concepts.
• Relationship-driven approach to partner management and collaboration.
• Experience with major affiliate platforms: Impact, Rakuten, CJ.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs with attention to tracking and offers.
• Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and ROI improvements.
• Act as a secondary client liaison, presenting program performance and strategy.
• Maintain deep platform expertise across networks and tools.
• Collaborate with strategists and managers for seamless execution.
