829 Studios is seeking an Affiliate Specialist to drive program execution, partner recruitment, and performance optimization. You will support strategists with day-to-day management, data attribution, and platform oversight, acting as a bridge between client objectives and partner execution.

You will manage relationships with affiliates, analyze performance metrics, and present insights to clients, while maintaining expertise across major networks such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend,

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience (agency preferred).
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and inform strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to explain affiliate concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurture and manage key partner relationships.
• Experience with major affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple programs and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs for accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and improve ROI.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing to strategy discussions and presenting performance results.
• Maintain deep understanding of networks and platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN) for best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
