Job summary

829 Studios seeks an Affiliate Specialist to drive growth through expert program execution, partner recruitment, and data-driven optimization. You will manage daily affiliate operations, ensure tracking accuracy across networks such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN, and present performance insights to clients.

Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists to optimize campaigns, nurture high-value relationships, and communicate strategy and ROI opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Track record of implementing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to present data-driven client insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain affiliate concepts to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurture and manage partner relationships for client and agency success.
• Experience with major affiliate networks/platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, handling multiple programs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring tracking accuracy and link integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship management.
• Analyze performance data and metrics to identify trends and ROI opportunities.
• Serve as secondary client contact, contributing strategy and presenting program performance.
• Maintain deep understanding of affiliate networks/platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN).
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless execution across client accounts.
