Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our team. This role supports affiliate strategists with day-to-day program management and platform oversight, balancing recruitment with data attribution and performance optimization.

You will cultivate high-impact partner relationships, manage the technical health of affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN, and collaborate with the team to drive ROI across client accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Proven success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs.
• Strong analytical skills to present data that informs client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs with emphasis on accuracy and tracking.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and improve ROI.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing to strategy and presentations on performance.
• Maintain understanding of networks/platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN).
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution across accounts.
