Job summary

829 Studios is seeking a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on program execution, platform health, and building strong partner ecosystems to drive ROI.

You will support affiliate strategists with day-to-day management, recruitment, performance analysis, and client communications. Knowledge of Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN is a plus; remote work options are available in multiple states.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Track record of implementing performance-based programs driving revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs.
• Partner Recruitment & Management: Manage weekly recruitment, onboarding and relationships.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze data and report on program health to improve ROI.
• Client Communication: Act as secondary client contact, present performance findings.
• Platform Expertise: Maintain understanding of Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, AWIN.
• Team Collaboration: Work with strategists to ensure seamless execution.
