Job summary

829 Studios is a Boston-based integrated digital marketing agency seeking an Affiliate Specialist. You will manage daily affiliate programs, recruit partners, and optimize performance across networks like Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN.

Collaborate with strategists to drive ROI, present data-driven recommendations, and maintain platform health. Remote options available within listed US states, with a strong focus on client results and program growth.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive measurable revenue.
• Strong analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze and present data that informs client strategy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to explain technical affiliate concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs, ensuring accuracy, link integrity, tracking accuracy, and offer availability.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and key metrics to identify trends, report on program health, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
• Serve as the secondary point of contact for clients, adding your expertise to discussions, building strategy, and conducting presentations on program performance and future initiatives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of affiliate networks and platforms including Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend, and AWIN to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate closely with Affiliate Strategists and Managers to ensure seamless operational execution across client accounts.
