Qualifications

• 2–3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven success building and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytics to present data-driven client strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical concepts explained to stakeholders.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurture key partner collaborations.
• Experience with major affiliate networks and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs with accurate tracking.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding and relationship optimization.
• Analyze performance data, report program health and ROI improvements.
• Serve as secondary client contact, discuss strategies and present results.
• Maintain deep understanding of networks such as Impact, Rakuten, CJ, and AWIN.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution.
