829 Studios seeks a results-oriented Affiliate Specialist to join our Boston-based digital marketing team. The role supports affiliate strategists with day-to-day program management, platform oversight, and the optimization of partner ecosystems.

You will own program execution, recruit and manage partners, analyze performance data, and communicate insights to clients. Deep knowledge of Impact, Rakuten, CJ, Pepperjam/Ascend and AWIN is highly valued for best-in-class program management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Success in implementing and managing performance-based affiliate programs that drive revenue.
• Strong analytical skills to present data informing client strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain affiliate concepts.
• Relationship-driven approach to nurturing key partner relationships.
• Expertise with major affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, CJ).
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, daily management and optimization of affiliate programs with accuracy and tracking integrity.
• Manage weekly partner recruitment, onboarding, relationship management and optimization.
• Analyze affiliate performance data and metrics to identify trends and ROI improvements.
• Serve as a secondary client contact, contributing strategy and presenting on performance.
• Maintain deep platform expertise across networks to ensure best-in-class program management.
• Collaborate with Affiliate Strategists and Managers for seamless execution across accounts.
