Holafly is expanding its global affiliate network to accelerate growth in Spanish and LATAM markets. You will own the affiliate strategy, recruit and manage partners, and use data-driven insights to maximise revenue and ROAS.

As an Affiliate Manager, you will build long-term relationships, negotiate deals, and optimize performance across regions while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

Competenze

• 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or strategic partnerships.
• Track record of building revenue-driving partnerships across global markets, especially Spanish and LATAM.
• Fluency in Spanish (C1) and English (C1) for negotiations and internal comms.

Mansioni

• Identify and recruit affiliate partners; manage a curated portfolio and quarterly growth plans.
• Build high-value relationships with top partners through structured touchpoints (QBRs/MBRs).
• Monitor partner performance against metrics (Revenue, ROAS, AOV); flag risk signals and opportunities.
• Develop revenue acceleration plays: seasonal activations, exclusive deals, cross-sell across geographies.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with policies and brand guidelines across channels.
• Pursue strategic opportunities to grow Holafly's market presence via partnerships.
