Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Affiliate Manager / Senior Affiliate Manager based in the United States. You will grow the network by recruiting and developing high‑performing affiliate partnerships across multiple industries and traffic channels.

You will build relationships with media buyers and publishers, manage the recruitment pipeline, and optimize revenue through varied offers and payout structures while collaborating with account management and leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing, with most of that on the affiliate network side.
• Experience managing affiliates within an affiliate network; advertiser or agency side alone is not sufficient.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate media buyers and assessing traffic sources’ economics and quality.
• Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and scaling affiliate partnerships while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit direct media buyers and affiliate partners across multiple channels.
• Build and manage a structured affiliate recruitment pipeline: sourcing, onboarding, activation.
• Expand the network into new traffic channels and partner types to diversify supply.
• Represent the network at industry events and conferences (Affiliate Summit, LeadsCon, MAU).
• Onboard new affiliates and connect them with relevant offers from the advertiser portfolio.
• Develop affiliate revenue by identifying opportunities across offers, verticals, traffic sources, and payout structures.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliates as their primary contact and advocate.
• Monitor performance metrics (EPC, CVR, volume, margin) and optimize results.
