HighLevel is seeking an affiliate/partner manager to grow and manage a portfolio of ~500 affiliates, coach them, and drive revenue through Spanish-speaking outreach. You’ll build relationships, run strategy calls, and travel up to 10–15% to represent HighLevel at events. Fluent in Spanish and English; remote-first environment with a performance-driven culture.

The salary range is $53,000–$65,000 annually, with a focus on KPI achievement and scalable outreach using AI and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years in affiliate/partnership/performance marketing or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an affiliate portfolio.
• Build trusted relationships with affiliates.
• Coach affiliates on promotion strategy and assets.
• Keep portfolio engaged and reactivate dormant affiliates.
• Champion the Spanish-speaking market.
• Own KPIs tied to revenue, trials, engagement and milestones.
