Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an Affiliate Manager to own and grow a portfolio of ~500 partners, primarily serving Spanish-speaking affiliates. You’ll coach, engage, and optimize outreach across campaigns, content, and promotions, driving trials and revenue in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

You’ll work bilingual with Spanish and English, travel up to 10–15% for events, and collaborate with a global team to beat KPIs and scale partner success.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, or a closely related field, with revenue responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an affiliate portfolio with ~500 affiliates.
• Move affiliates through lifecycle milestones and drive monthly trials.
• Segment portfolio and plan actions to maximize impact.
• Coach affiliates on promotion strategy and content.
• Run regular strategy calls and represent HighLevel at events.
• Achieve KPIs for revenue, trials, and engagement.
