Job summary

HighLevel is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to own and grow a portfolio of ~500 partners, focusing on onboarding, coaching and driving trials and revenue growth. Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships or performance marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an affiliate portfolio with regular coaching and outreach.
• Build trusted relationships with affiliates and represent HighLevel at events.
• Coach affiliates on promotion strategy across content and campaigns.
• Run engagement programs to keep the portfolio active and reactivation efforts.
• Travel up to 10–15% to represent HighLevel at events.
