HighLevel is seeking a dynamic Affiliate/Partnership Manager to own and grow a portfolio of approximately 500 affiliates. You’ll drive lifecycle progression, engagement and trials while tailoring strategies to Spanish-speaking partners. You’ll coach, track KPIs and collaborate across teams to maximize revenue and success.

You will travel up to 10-15% occasionally for industry events, with a remote-first company culture that values speed, ownership and measurable impact.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management, performance marketing or similar field.
