Prop Firm Match Global FZCO is seeking an Affiliate Manager to build and optimize an affiliate channel that drives measurable growth across priority markets. You will manage partner relationships from sourcing to activation, focusing on traffic quality, conversions, and durable revenue while safeguarding deal quality and spend efficiency.

You will align with our Owned Media team and collaborate with influencer partnerships to optimize workflows, tracking, and governance.

Qualificações

• Must have 3+ years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships with end-to-end deal ownership.
• Fluent professional English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Strong AI proficiency and ability to build or use small automations for outreach, tracking, or reporting.
• Experience with contract tools like Docusign or Calendly is advantageous.
• Excellent organization and follow-through to manage multiple deals.
• Clear, direct communication to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate deals with discretion and protect commercial interests.
• Able to work cross-functionally with Analytics, Marketing, and Leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Source and qualify affiliates based on audience fit, traffic quality, and commercial potential.
• Move prospects through outreach, onboarding, activation, and first performance review.
• Re-engage or exit partners based on contribution and strategic fit.
• Negotiate commission structures, fees, placements, tracking requirements, and reviews.
• Model cost and return before spend, document terms, and coordinate approvals.
• Review underperforming deals and decide on renewal or renegotiation.
• Ensure tracking, attribution, and reporting are set up before launch.
• Monitor partner activity and ensure accuracy of terms and promotions.
