Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc. is seeking a Software Sales Account Manager in the United States to drive full-cycle sales of Autodesk construction solutions.

You will own the sales process from prospecting to close, building relationships with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners and delivering measurable productivity gains. You will work in a fast-paced environment, generating leads, managing a robust CRM, and developing strategic plans to grow market presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years sales experience in the AEC industry preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel and learn Autodesk products.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach.
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Create excitement and enthusiasm among prospects through consultative selling.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
