Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a motivated Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions within the AEC industry. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering productivity gains and cost savings for Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Owners.

This role requires building strong customer partnerships, managing a robust pipeline, and growing revenue in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in AEC industry preferred.
• Willingness to quickly learn Autodesk products and AEC industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.

Aufgaben

• Generate qualified leads and close new business while expanding existing relationships.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Develop strategic sales plans and research market opportunities.
• Clearly articulate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows and customer events to drive growth.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing and maintain customer contact.
