Topcon Positioning Systems is seeking a Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions in the AEC market across the US. You’ll own the sales process from prospecting to close and deliver measurable productivity gains.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent, 1–5 years of sales experience in the AEC industry, and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.

• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Create enthusiasm and consultative selling with prospects.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Resolve customer challenges with initiative and creativity.
