Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a Construction Software Sales Account Manager to drive Autodesk solutions sales across the AEC industry. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, delivering productivity gains and cost savings to Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners.

You will manage leads, build a robust pipeline in CRM, and develop strategic plans while travel is required to cultivate partnerships and exceed sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience in AEC (preferred).
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Autodesk solutions or construction software a plus.

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Solve customer challenges with creativity and initiative.
