Topcon Positioning Group is seeking a motivated Software Sales Account Manager to own the full sales cycle for Autodesk construction solutions within an assigned territory. You will prospect, build relationships, and close deals with Architects, Engineers, Contractors and Owners, delivering value and cost savings.

Join a global team, collaborate across trade shows and events, and leverage CRM tools to manage your pipeline. Willingness to travel and a strong track record are highly valued.

Formación

• Generate qualified leads, win new business, and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Prospect daily via phone, email, and targeted outreach (30+ calls per day).
• Build, manage, and nurture your pipeline using CRM tools.
• Research market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
• Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value of Autodesk construction solutions.
• Attend trade shows, customer events, and marketing activities.
• Cultivate long-term, trusted customer relationships.
• Solve customer challenges, sometimes with limited guidance, using creativity and initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of sales experience (AEC industry experience strongly preferred).
• Willingness and ability to quickly learn Autodesk products and the AEC industry.
• A proven track record of achieving personal and professional goals.
• Represent best-in-class Autodesk software that delivers real value to customers.
• Work with a respected Autodesk Platinum Partner and Construction Elite Partner.
