Adolescent Wellness Academy is seeking multiple Virtual Admissions Coordinators to support our two sister programs: Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA) and Principles Recovery Center (PRC). This fully remote, full-time role involves guiding teens and families through PHP/IOP intake, verifying insurance, coordinating assessments, and maintaining accurate lead records in our HIPAA-compliant CRM/EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Admissions or intake experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment (required).
• Remote work experience (required): you manage your own pipeline without daily direction.
• Warm, confident phone presence and strong follow-through.
• Comfort with CRM and EMR systems (HIPAA compliance awareness).

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and referrals from clients, families, and providers.
• Screen for fit and explain PHP and IOP in plain, caring language.
• Verify insurance and coordinate assessments, intake dates, and paperwork.
• Follow up consistently until every caller is scheduled or referred elsewhere.
• Track every lead in our CRM and EMR, accurately and HIPAA-compliant.
