Job summary

Adolescent Wellness Academy is hiring multiple Virtual Admissions Coordinators to support PHP and IOP programs for teens and families. This fully remote, full-time role involves handling inbound calls, coordinating referrals, verifying insurance, and guiding callers to next steps with compassionate, HIPAA-compliant intake processes.

You will work with our CRM/EMR systems to track leads and ensure timely follow-up, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred and a strong emphasis on warm,

Qualifications

• Admissions or intake experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Remote work experience: manage your own pipeline independently.
• Warm, confident phone presence and strong follow-through.
• Familiarity with CRM and EMR systems.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Kipu experience preferred.
• Insurance verification experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Fully Remote | Full-Time | $24/hr | Monday to Friday

We’re growing and hiring several Virtual Admissions Coordinators to support either of our two sister programs:

• Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA): PHP and IOP mental health care for teens ages 13 to 17 and their families
• Principles Recovery Center (PRC): PHP and IOP treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions

Many callers reach out on one of the hardest days of their lives. You’ll meet them with compassion and guide them from that first call to a clear next step.

What You’ll Do

• Answer inbound calls, inquiries, and referrals from clients, families, and providers
