Job summary

Amazon Ads in the United States seeks a Sales Account Manager on the Adapt team to drive revenue and manage complex advertiser goals. You will rotate across teams and use data-driven insights to shape advertising strategies and solve client challenges.

You will collaborate with Sales, Creative, Product and other stakeholders to deliver tailored campaigns, educate advertisers, and optimize performance with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing experience.
• Experience in online marketing channels such as social media, display, and search advertising.
• Experience analyzing campaigns and making optimization recommendations.
• Experience identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Experience leading process improvements.
• Experience building measures, metrics, and reporting solutions.
• Understanding ad specifications, file formats and related technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or Business.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, with customer focus.
• Experience in programmatic strategy and implementation.
• 5+ years in Advertising with media buying/planning across Digital Advertising, eCommerce, or Broadcast/Streaming TV.
• Proven track record of delivering results and advertiser revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue while managing advertiser goals to drive revenue.
• Grow existing client revenues, potentially regionally.
• Educate advertisers on performance metrics and insights.
• Develop campaign strategies and audience engagement recommendations.
• Evaluate success metrics and drive campaign performance using data.
• Develop annual brand plans and campaign media plans.
• Educate customers based on customized insights.
• Provide in-depth data analysis to form actionable recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with Senior Sales and partners to drive revenue and satisfaction.
• This role is client facing with travel as needed (domestic and some global).
