Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States to lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers. You will drive value-based agreements, manage the full contract lifecycle, and partner across operations to balance financial performance and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Eight+ years of healthcare contracting or provider operations experience.
• Proven success negotiating healthcare contracts and value-based models.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts to meet financial objectives.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from negotiation through renewal and amendments.
• Maintain contract language and fee schedules with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships with key contracting organizations.
• Resolve contractual disputes and support long-term partnerships.
• Evaluate network performance and opportunities for cost and quality improvements.
• Develop innovative value-based contracting arrangements (ACO etc.).
• Analyze complex financials and risk-based arrangements for viable solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contracts with business priorities.
