• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of related work experience in healthcare contracting or provider operations.
• Proven success negotiating healthcare service contracts and value-based methodologies.
• Knowledge of health plan operations, provider contracting, and data analytics.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills for complex arrangements.
• Ability to interpret legal documents and contracting language.
• Proven relationship management across external stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strategic thinking.
• Adaptability in evolving contracting terms for partnerships.
• Remote work eligibility for eligible states and U.S. work authorization.

Responsabilités

• Contract Negotiation and Development: Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee contracts from initiation to renewal and closure.
• Contract Maintenance: Update language, fee schedules, and terms with policy changes.
• Provider Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with providers and senior reps.
• Issue Resolution: Address disputes and facilitate effective resolutions.
• Network Performance Evaluation: Assess cost, quality, stability, and service delivery.
• Network Development and Adequacy: Support recruitment and adequacy initiatives.
• Value-Based Contracting: Develop arrangements including ACO models to improve outcomes.
• Financial and Strategic Analysis: Evaluate complex financials and reimbursement methods.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align contracts with business priorities and regulatory needs.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties to support contracting objectives.
