Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least eight years of related work experience in healthcare contracting or provider operations.
• Strong understanding of provider contracting strategies, risk-based agreements, reimbursement structures, data analytics and financial models.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts ensuring alignment with financial objectives and reimbursement guidelines.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal, amendments, and closure with deadlines and obligations.
• Maintain contract language and fee schedules in line with medical policy changes.
• Address provider concerns and facilitate effective dispute resolutions.
• Assess provider and network performance to identify cost and quality improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to provider recruitment, network development, and provider-facing marketing activities.
• Develop and negotiate innovative contracting arrangements including ACO and value-based models.
• Evaluate complex financial arrangements and reimbursement methodologies to identify viable contracting solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts support business priorities and regulatory requirements.
