Jobgether seeks a Strategic ACO Contract Manager in the United States to lead complex negotiations with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers. This remote role focuses on value-based arrangements, network development, and contract lifecycle management.

You will develop contracting strategies balancing financial performance, quality outcomes, and affordability, with eight+ years in healthcare contracting and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equal experience in a related field.
• At least eight years of relevant healthcare contracting or provider relations experience.
• Experience negotiating health plan operations, provider arrangements, or risk-based contracting.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and evaluate provider contracts with hospitals and physician groups.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to renewal and amendments.
• Maintain contract language and fee schedules aligned with policy changes.
• Manage provider relationships and resolve contractual disputes.
• Evaluate network performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop innovative contracting arrangements, including ACO models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with priorities.
