Job summary

Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions is seeking an accounts receivable specialist to work remotely in the United States. You will manage customer accounts, generate invoices, apply payments and resolve billing discrepancies to support cash flow.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, follow up on overdue balances, and respond to customer inquiries while upholding accurate records and strong customer relationships. This role also requires attention to detail and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounts receivable, collections, or accounting experience.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with ERP systems
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles and collection practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
