Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Dealership Account Specialist to support dealership operations with a blend of administrative, accounting, and customer service duties. You will activate, process, and cancel service product contracts, manage inquiries, and perform month-end accounting tasks from a remote setting aligned with PST hours.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and proactive collaboration with stores, providers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, dealership accounting administration, contract processing.
• Working knowledge of reconciliations, general ledger processing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Experience managing high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and business systems.
• Experience reviewing contracts, financial documents, and customer records for accuracy.
• Dealership accounting, F&I, service contract, warranty, or ServiceNow experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Activate, process, and cancel vehicle service product contracts.
• Support dealerships and internal partners by providing timely customer service and issue resolution.
• Manage ServiceNow inquiries and phone support while meeting established service level agreements.
• Complete accounting and reconciliation activities, including product statements, bank reconciliations, GL processing, and month-end tasks.
• Review cancellation packets and claims for accuracy and compliance.
• Help with product provider submissions and reporting requirements.
• Support cross-training efforts, provide backup coverage, and help develop junior team members.
• Participate in department projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
