Job summary

Access TeleCare is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to manage end-to-end billing and AR for assigned health systems in a 100% remote role. You will review Salesforce data, generate NetSuite invoices, and resolve customer questions and disputes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and clean documentation, while supporting month-end processes and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or coursework in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 2–4 years in accounts receivable, billing, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and data-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer accounts from billing preparation through payment and resolution.
• Review, analyze, validate, and manipulate billing data in Salesforce for accurate invoicing.
• Import billing data into NetSuite and generate invoices.
• Prepare and securely distribute invoices and supporting documentation.
• Serve as primary Revenue contact for billing questions and disputes; coordinate with internal teams.
• Research and process credits, rebills, and billing adjustments with proper documentation.
• Monitor AR aging, perform collection follow-up, document payment status and commitments, escalate high-risk balances.
• Maintain accurate account records, billing docs, dispute status, and collection notes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Systems, Cash Applications, Accounting, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Operations to resolve issues.
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, audits, system testing, and process improvements.
