Job summary

Not Disclosed is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle for healthcare customers across the United States. You will collaborate with finance, revenue operations, client services, sales, and legal to keep customer accounts accurate and payments on track.

You will own accounts from billing preparation through payment collection, validate billing data in Salesforce, import into NetSuite, and generate invoices while monitoring aging and supporting month-end

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or revenue operations.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
