The Revenue / Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end billing and accounts receivable management for assigned health systems and customer accounts. This role reviews and prepares billing data in Salesforce, imports billing into NetSuite, distributes invoices and supporting documentation, resolves customer disputes, processes credits and adjustments, and manages outstanding receivables through resolution.
